"I would not recommend going with this agency! The inaccuracy provided and lack of knowledge and the headache it’s been to get our full refund is mind blowing! My 80 year old father has been taken advantage of! Before you provide quotes and pay for the policy in full, make sure you have all your facts straight! We still are waiting on our full refund a month later! We were told in 7-10 business days, that was a joke and all I hear is it’s in with underwriting, you sure were quick to charge my card but to get the refund in full because your agency cannot provide accurate quotes is do not worth the time or energy! "18 year old who bought my first car cash! Went to Val Laskowski and bought liability for $300. I then kicked it up to full coverage because I am proud of my 2010 Nissan! I was paying Val $440 monthly. My next step was to purchase life insurance from Val and purchase all my insurance needs through Val for the next 60 years or so, ostensibly. Things were going great until month 4, where I was auto debited $712 out of nowhere!!! Val’s office made up every excuse in the book, even placing blame on me, in a very embarrassing and condescending manner. All I did was try and be a great customer, which some other lucky insurance agent is about to get! Nobody from Val’s office contacted me to inform me the underwriters changed everything, just a debit for $712!!!! Peace out Val! I have no problem spending $200,000k over the next 60 years with someone else. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE HERE!!!"

They have no issues trying to take money. But when I had an issue about my insurance, they were very defensive and would not even try to help me out,"
